Farm Manager featured on Channel 3 TV

Farm Manager Karen Pettinelli got a chance to show off Holcomb Farm and the Winter Share crops on Channel 3’s Better Connecticut program. She even includes tips for storing your late harvest vegetables, and explains how non-local crops may be up to 8 months old and are bred to be tough and transportable rather than tender and tasty.
